• Completion of the relevant paperwork and acceptance by Yau Lok

Each residency arrangement is subject to its own written agreement, which will govern the specific terms of that arrangement, including pricing, notice periods, and included services. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed residency agreement, the residency agreement shall prevail.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and are inclusive of the services described. Prices are subject to change with reasonable advance notice to existing residents. Any price change will be communicated in writing prior to taking effect.
