Arrangements, not packages
We use the word "arrangement" deliberately. A package suggests a bundle of items chosen by the provider. An arrangement suggests something worked out between two parties — with the resident's actual life in mind.
The three tiers at Yau Lok are designed to serve genuinely different situations. Someone who values Cantonese home cooking and community meals but maintains their own household may find the Shared Dining arrangement suits them very well. Someone who has decided to move in fully, and wants to hand over the domestic details, will find the Full Comfort Residence covers everything.
There is no wrong choice among the three. The difference between them is practical, not hierarchical.

All residents may nominate a family contact. We respond to family enquiries within one working day and are honest about anything that concerns us.

Garden paths and seating areas are inspected on a set schedule. Outdoor programming is adjusted if weather or conditions make it unsuitable.
Year-Round Operation
Yau Lok operates every day of the year, including public holidays. Staffing levels are maintained consistently so residents do not experience reduced service on important dates.
